How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in the domestic USA is free!
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Special orders or requests will take longer. We will email you a tracking number when it is sent so you know it is on its way.
Depending on where you live you should receive most orders within 5-7 business days...sometimes earlier.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually has a delivery time of 2-3 business days and provides a little insurance.
We know it is a little more expensive than First Class Mail, however we do not find First Class reliable.
A lot of work and heart goes into each piece and we feel it is worth a few extra dollars to have it not get lost.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Although we know you will love your unique handcrafted Thunderheart Jewelry, we will be happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
All returns must be in original condition, not worn and include the original packaging. (Special, custom orders and sale items are not returnable.)

Do you do custom work?
We love custom work! Many designs can be customized, or a similar piece can be made just for you. Please send us an email to discuss your custom idea.
A piece I love is sold out, can you make me another?
Many of our designs are one of a kind because we use a lot unique stones. We can do our best to design something you love that is similar to the original! Send us an email.
How do I clean or care for my Thunderheart Jewelry?
We recommend cleaning our silver jewelry with a Sunshine polishing cloth. Please do not use commercial silver cleaners as it will remove the patina and could damage the stones.
Also, keep in mind your jewelry does not like to go swimming as much as you do. Please do not wear the our leather pieces in the water. Water can make it age, weaken, discolor and mold. To keep it strong and beautiful it is best if it remains dry.
Are all these pieces handmade?
Yes, I am a one cowgirl show and each piece is lovingly handcrafted by me in our AZ studio.
